Each and Every political cycle the "angst" voters feel and the reason the elections are producing fewer and fewer voters is the now infamous line.
I am different, I will change Washington, I will drain the swamp etc.
Those are lies. Politicians lie because they have to in order to get to office then they do to stay in office and as part of the office lie to themselves and each other to accomplish what they want done.
That is why Christians fail so miserably in politics.
TO BECOME A POLITICIAN THEY HAVE TO GIVE UP ANY CHRISTIAN MORALS THEY ONCE HAD.
While movies like Mr Smith goes to Washington used to give some hope, the fact remains no Candidate for office once he is elected keeps campaign promises.
